Roofing
At Durum, we offer a wide variety of roofing services. Some of our most requested services are TPO roofing systems installation and asphalt shingle roofing installation. Whether our services are performed at your home or at your business, we enjoy ensuring our services keep you protected.
All our roofing system installations are backed by a 10-year workmanship warranty, with price ranges for labor and materials between $7-$12 per square foot for TPO systems and $6.00-$7.50 per square foot for asphalt shingle systems.
New Construction
Located at our home base in the Alliance area of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, is our 2,000 SF headquarters. Here you will find our crew exploring new materials, techniques, and problem solving.
Our main focus is getting right and building for our customers with core values in mind. Among our most requested build requests are: medical clinics and healthcare facilities, flex space, restaurants, multifamily, and light industrial suites.
All new development projects start with research/development and prototyping with strict financial controls in place to ensure our plans meet our clients' budget and time constraints. This allows us to work out any kinks and find the most efficient way to scale new commercial builds.
Construction Finish-Outs
Choosing the right company is the most important aspect of a construction project. At Durum, our construction team gives a local firm feel with a full range of contracting services.
Through many years of cultivating our team, we have gained the necessary knowledge and experience to take on any general contracting finish-out project.
From the start we explore all construction options and help determine budget for the project. During construction, our Project Managers and Field Ops teams will provide effective coordination and scheduling to deliver on time and on budget.
